It is illegal in Florida for anyone under age 21 to purchase or possess alcohol. The penalty is up to a $500 fine and 60 days in jail (see related FL statute 562.111). Possessing a fake ID is illegal. Using a "borrowed" legal identification or an ID with the birth date that has been altered is a second degree misdemeanor. Using a computer generated fake ID is a felony in Florida (see related FL statute 322.212)

In Florida, it is illegal for persons under age 21 to drive with any alcohol in their system. If a law enforcement officer pulls you over and you blow a .02 BAC or above, you can have your driver's license suspended for 6 months (Zero Tolerance law) See administrative penalties for persons under age 21 driving with BAC of .02 or higher- FL Statute 322.216.

Alcohol is a depressant that works on your central nervous system as a sedative. When consumed it is absorbed into the bloodstream and causes altered perceptions and impaired brain function. Harmful effects include: Blurred vision, slow speech, slow reaction time, mental confusion, poor judgment, impaired memory, blackouts, poor muscle coordination, liver damage, alcohol poison, coma, death.

Marijuana is from the heap plant and contains a chemical tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) along with up to 400 other chemicals. Marijuana alters the way your brain works and is often used with or combined with other chemicals.
Harmful effects include: Impaired motor coordination and judgment, increased heartbeat, paranoia, problems with memory, problems with attention, irritability, lowered motivation, decrease in coordination, aggressiveness.

Inhalants are fumes or volatile substances that are huffed or inhaled. Products such as glue, paint, airdusters, and other products with compressed air contain deadly chemical fumes. Inhalants work quickly on the brain and prevent air from getting to the lungs. Often times users will pass out and can instantly die.
Harmful effects include:
Brain damage, dizziness, lack of coordination, slurred speech, headache, nausea, hallucinations, delusions, muscle spasms, tremors, suffocation, organ damage.

Cocaine is a stimulant usually used in powder form which is inhaled or injected. The solid (rock) form of cocaine is called crack and is heated and smoked.
Harmful effects include:
Increased heartbeat and blood pressure, anxiety, paranoia, loss of touch with reality (which could include hallucinations), headaches, abdominal pain, and death.

Prescription drugs are medicines prescribed by a doctor to a patient for a particular medical condition. These drugs are only meant for consumption by the patient for the purpose prescribed and within the proper dosage instructions. It is illegal to possess prescription drugs that are not prescribed to you and potentially deadly to take them.
Harmful effects include:
Depend on type of drug and dosage. Overdoes and addiction are a potential effect of all drugs.
